End-User License Agreement
Last updated: September 21, 2026
This agreement governs your use of RP Portal, the internal operations application made available by the organization that provides your account (the “Organization”). By using RP Portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application and contact your administrator.
1. Permission to use RP Portal
The Organization grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use RP Portal for authorized business purposes, subject to your assigned permissions and this agreement. This license does not transfer ownership of the application or its intellectual property to you.
2. Your account and responsibilities
Use only an account assigned or expressly authorized for you. Protect your credentials, sign out of shared devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to your administrator. You are responsible for using the application within your role and following the Organization’s security and workplace policies.
3. Acceptable use
You must not bypass access controls, access information without authorization, share confidential information with unauthorized people, introduce malicious software, disrupt the service, or use RP Portal for unlawful activity. Do not copy, distribute, resell, or reverse engineer the application except where permitted by applicable law or by a separate written license. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
4. Business records and confidentiality
Enter accurate information and submit only content you are authorized to provide. Handle employee, customer, financial, and operational information confidentially. The Organization may process records you submit to operate its business, administer the application, and satisfy its obligations. Your access does not give you ownership of other people’s information or the Organization’s records.
5. External services
Some features rely on external identity, payment, accounting, or other service providers. Those services may have additional terms and privacy policies. Availability and functionality can depend on those providers and on the integrations enabled by the Organization.
6. Availability and changes
The Organization may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate your access when your authorization ends or these terms are violated. Stop using RP Portal when your access is revoked. Business records may be retained after access ends.
7. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RP Portal is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Verify information before relying on it for business decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Organization and the application’s licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, RP Portal. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights, warranties, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Updates and questions
Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Any notice or agreement required by applicable law will still apply. For questions about this agreement or your authorization to use RP Portal, contact the Organization’s administrator or your manager through your usual workplace contact channel.
